PSL 7 was no exception, from the winning streak of Multan Sultans to the amazing victory of Lahore Qalandars. They weren’t the favorite, but they came on top against all odds, and that too by defeating the favorite Multan Sultans in the Finals. At the start of the match, there had some pressure building on Lahore as their Star performer Fakhar Zaman

Azam Khan did not hold any horses against boom boom. Though in the end, Afridi bowled Azam, but the damage was already done by Azam khan as can be seen in the above clip.

Though the tournament was full of high energetic moments, the semi-final of Islamabad United vs Lahore Qalandar was one of the most exhilarating of all the games. The nerves were high so did David Wiese’s sixes in the few last overs of the first inning. The Lahore Qalandars scored 168 on 7 wickets and David Wiese’s was the highlight, he scored 28 runs on 8 balls and also took a wicket for Lahore Qalandars and got the team into Finals.
